PHIZ LIVE USER TERMS

With the aim of maintaining a healthy virtual environment on PhizLive, as well as protecting users' legitimate rights and ensuring a good user experience, Phiz, in compliance with current laws and regulations, in addition to the provisions of the PhizLive User Agreement, the PhizLive Live Broadcasting Features Usage Agreement and other applicable rules, establishes the Code of Conduct for Live Broadcasting on PhizLive (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules").

These Rules apply to users who use the live broadcasting functionality, including but not limited to hosts, participants connected by audio or video (hereinafter collectively referred to as "hosts"). They cover aspects related to the use of the function, such as host conduct, transmitted content (including broadcast cover, title, host's name and profile picture, video background, background music, as well as displayed or narrated content), among others.

2.1 The streamer must provide true and legal identity information for identity verification.

2.2 Currently, this functionality does not accept streamers under 18 years of age.

2.3 Participation in PhizLive broadcasts, in any form, is prohibited for individuals included in the online performance (live broadcasting) industry blacklist. Non-compliance will be considered a serious violation.

Streamers must not use this functionality to disclose any information or content that violates the following provisions:

3.1.1 Content that violates the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

3.1.2 Content that threatens national security, reveals state secrets, incites subversion of state power, or harms national unity;

3.1.3 Content that harms the country's honor or interests;

3.1.4 Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or compromises unity between ethnic groups;

3.1.5 Content that violates state religious policies, promotes cults or feudal superstitions;

3.1.6 Content that spreads rumors, disturbs social order, or compromises social stability;

3.1.7 Content that incites illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, or crowds that disturb public order;

3.1.8 Content disseminated in the name of illegal civil organizations;

3.1.9 Content that insults, distorts, or disrespects symbols of special significance;

3.1.10 Content that distorts, vilifies, desecrates, or denies the image of heroes and martyrs;

3.1.11 Other content prohibited by national laws, administrative regulations, or rules.

3.2.1 Direct or indirect dissemination of obscene or pornographic content;

3.2.2 Performance of obscene or pornographic acts;

3.2.3 Display of any gambling-related activities;

3.2.4 Promotion of gambling, display of gambling instruments;

3.2.5 Display of drug samples or promotion of drug use;

3.2.6 Organization or promotion of pyramid schemes;

3.2.7 Display or promotion of counterfeit currency;

3.2.8 Display of weapons or dangerous performances;

3.2.9 Display of acts that endanger physical safety;

3.2.10 Broadcasting content involving illegal excavation or tomb raiding.

3.3.1 Insults, defamation, threats, or intimidation;

3.3.2 Disclosure of false information harmful to others;

3.3.3 Disclosure of personal or private information;

3.3.4 Provocation of conflicts or controversies;

3.3.5 Violation of intellectual property rights;

3.3.6 Promotion or sale of counterfeit products;

3.3.7 Other conduct that violates legitimate rights.

3.4.1 Promotion of pseudoscience;

3.4.2 Misleading advertising;

3.4.3 Content that may endanger physical integrity;

3.4.4 Animal cruelty;

3.4.5 Grotesque performances;

3.4.6 Display of corpses or medical procedures;

3.4.7 Harmful eating behaviors.

3.5.1 Live broadcasts involving restricted items;

3.5.2 Fundraising broadcasts;

3.5.3 Religious broadcasts;

3.5.4 Current news or political content;

3.5.5 Investment-related broadcasts;

3.5.6 Promotion of regulated products or services.

3.6.1 Information prohibited by the Phiz Features Usage Agreement;

3.6.2 Content harmful to the platform's image;

3.6.3 Content that poses risks to user security;

3.6.4 Content focused on teaching platform-specific account operations;

3.6.5 Other prohibited content as specified in the Phiz Features Usage Agreement.

Streamers must dress appropriately, cleanly, and neatly. The following attire is prohibited during live broadcasts:

4.1.1 Female streamers' clothing restrictions;

4.1.2 Male streamers' clothing restrictions;

4.1.3 Improper use of official uniforms;

4.1.4 Inappropriate clothing and accessories.

Streamers must act politely and civilly. The following behaviors are prohibited:

4.2.1 Vulgar or sexually suggestive makeup;

4.2.2 Suggestive movements;

4.2.3 Vulgar interactions;

4.2.4 Provocative performances;

4.2.5 Sexual content or language;

4.2.6 Display of inappropriate objects;

4.2.7 Display of unconventional fetishes;

4.2.8 Harmful behaviors;

4.2.9 Promotion of harmful relationship views;

4.2.10 Inappropriate influence on minors;

4.2.11 Sale of prohibited products;

4.2.12 Display of minors as models;

4.2.13 Other prohibited conduct.

If Phiz identifies on its own, or receives reports or complaints from third parties indicating that a streamer has violated the rules of this regulation through their actions or published content, the platform shall have the right to, at any time and without prior notice, terminate the broadcast, remove irregular content, and, depending on the severity of the violation, apply penalties to the offending user. These penalties include, but are not limited to: warning, total or partial suspension of content recommendation, temporary or permanent suspension of the broadcasting or commenting function, as well as temporary or permanent suspension of part or all of PhizLive functionalities or the Phiz platform itself.

This is a dynamic document that may be modified and updated at any time as new situations arise, changes in current legislation occur, or platform operational needs emerge. New rules may be included to ensure the best user experience. Streamers should consult it regularly to obtain the most up-to-date information and keep track of any changes.
