LAST UPDATE: 15/08/2025

1. Authorization and Partner Institution
By requesting the registration of a Pix key through the Phiz Pay application, you expressly authorize Phiz App LTDA (hereinafter referred to as "Phiz Pay"), headquartered at Avenida José Silva de Azevedo Neto, 00200, Block 3, Room 101, Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, ZIP Code 22775-056, registered under CNPJ No. 49.815.811/0001-30, to submit your Pix key registration request to the Central Bank of Brazil, under the authorization of its partner institution, Pinbank SCD S.A., linking this key to your Phiz Pay account.

Pix key registration requests made through the Phiz Pay platform will be executed and supervised by Pinbank.

2. About Pix
Pix is the new instant payment system developed by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), aimed at simplifying and speeding up payments and transfers between accounts. A Pix key is a practical way to identify you and your account. To receive transfers via Pix, the account holder must register a key with their financial institution, linking this key to their account.

3. Key Registration
At this moment, you are completing the valid registration of your Pix key. The system will store the following data:

  1. Individuals: CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry), mobile phone number, and email address;
  2. Legal entities: CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities), mobile phone number, and email address.
Each Pix key may be linked to only one Phiz Pay account.

Individuals may register up to 5 keys for the same account; legal entities may register up to 20 keys.

4. Key Portability
If the Pix key provided is already associated with another account, Pinbank will follow the procedures set forth in current regulations to verify your authorization. Once ownership is confirmed, a portability request will be submitted to the Pix system to reassign the key to your Phiz Pay account.

5. System Operation
The Pix key registration request will be submitted to the Pix system via Pinbank and will only become valid upon the official start of system operations. As established by the Central Bank of Brazil, Pix officially began operating in November 2020, and the service may be used from that date onward.

6. Key Cancellation
In accordance with the Central Bank's regulations, Pinbank and Phiz Pay may request the cancellation of a Pix key, even without your prior consent, in the following cases:

  1. Closure of the end user's payment account;
  2. Suspicion, attempt, or confirmation of fraudulent use of the Pix key;
  3. Detection of inconsistencies in the Pix key synchronization verification process; or
  4. Inactivity of the Pix key or the associated account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, without receiving any transactions.
